The Wheel

Dates TBD due to COVID-19

Goucher College, Maryland

Come see me perform as Beatriz. The Wheel by Zinnie Harris is a play about the trauma that war inflicts upon us, and it is especially concerned with the trauma inflicted on children. The play presents the never-ending cycle of war that is a result of this unhealed trauma.  But the play also suggests that we can do better. That we may be able to alter the next cycle. The story begins in rural Spain late in the 19th century where Beatriz is tasked with returning a banished soldier's daughter to him.  The audience follows the duo on a hundred-year long journey across decades and nations, through the wars and conflicts of the 20th and 21st centuries. Each war and the individual scenes that take place within them have something to tell us about its corrupting effect on individuals, institutions, populations, and the environment. The production will employ puppets, masks, ensemble-based movement, live original music, and magic! Some truths are better told in non-realistic ways.

November 21st and 22nd @ 8  pm, 2019

Goucher College, Maryland

Come see me perform as Alice; a mortuary science technician whos grasp on reality is challenged in a cute, quirky kind of way as the corpse she is working on is reanimated and she strives to solve an attempted-murder mystery! Playworks is student-produced theatre experience that focuses on new student work. This year there will be four short plays being showcased. They are all incredibly unique and exciting and you won't want to miss them!

Heathers: The Musical

November 21st and 22nd @ 8  pm, 2019

Goucher College, Maryland

Come see me perform as Heather Duke in this rock musical based on the 1988 cult classic with the same name! This dark comedy is filled with high energy, songs that will be stuck in your head for weeks, and everything you loved about the movie. Plus, you'll get to see me wear that adorable green outfit and pretend to play croquette!

The Wolves

May 11th @ 2 pm and 8 pm

and 12th @ 2 pm, 2019

Goucher College, Maryland

Come see me perform as #11 in this 2016 play by Sarah DeLappe! The Wolves follows a high-school women's soccer team during their indoor season. Each scene takes place on a Saturday morning during the team's warm-up before their game as the girls discuss various topics (usually at the same time!) such as current events, what they're studying in social studies class, their relationships, tampons, and more!

Dido and Aneas

May 2nd and 3rd @ 8 pm, 2019

Goucher College, Maryland

Come see me as Belinda, Dido's first lady, in Purcell’s Dido and Aeneas, an opera based on Book IV Of Virgil’s Aeneid. It recounts the story of Dido, Queen of Carthage, her love for the Trojan hero Aeneas, and her despair when he abandons her.

In a nod to the original performance which took place at a school for girls in London around 1687, the Goucher production is set in a modern day high school but adds another dimension by telling the multi-layered story of not only the characters in the opera but the high school students who portray these characters.

Junior Recital

March 14th @ 7pm, 2019

Goucher College, Maryland

As a Music major, I am required to do two solo voice recitals; one half an hour recital my junior year and one hour recital my senior year. For my Junior recital I will be singing 9 songs in 3 different languages! Come hear me sing in the beautiful acoustics of our campus's chapel and enjoy classical Italian and Spanish songs as well as some jazzy and musical theatre English songs.
